Position: Estimating & Purchasing Assistant

Cunic Homes is seeking a motivated Estimating & Purchasing Assistant to join the Team.
This role is perfect for someone who is friendly, has strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills and works well in a fast-paced environment.
You will assist our estimating and purchasing team in:
- Consulting with suppliers and subcontractors for material and labour pricing
- Preparation and distribution of work orders and purchase orders
- Preparation of comprehensive construction documents
- Maintenance of price records and data entry
We are looking for:
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Bonus points:
- Experience in the building industry
- Qualifications relevant to estimating or construction
- Current Tasmanian drivers’ license
- Construction-related licences or certificates (e.g., White Card, First Aid)
