**Your new role** 
Your main responsibility in this role is to provide quality leadership, guidance and support to the team to make sure an exceptional service is provided to all customers. Some of the other responsibilities include; 
- Lead and develop employees to encourage employee contribution including goal setting, feedback and performance development planning 
- Build and sustain positive relationships with customers and team members (Sales, Distribution, Production, Finance, Administration, Quality) 
- Handle day to day escalations including investigating customer complaints 
- Generate and analyse reports to provide feedback and progress of the teams KPIs 
- Suggest methods to improve efficiency and service to both internal and external customers 
- Undertake general customer service responsibilities (inbound calls, sales support, order and credit processing, status updates, assist customers with product availability, promotions and pricing enquiries 
**What you'll need to succeed** 
To be considered for the role, we are looking for a friendly, courteous, and enthusiastic customer service specialists with: 
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience within a call centre 
- Experience in the plumbing/manufacturing industry is preferred 
- Demonstrated experience in team motivation and individual development 
- Strong people management and coaching skills 
- Strong written and verbal communication skills 
- The ability to build strong rapport and empathise with customers 
- Proficient knowledge of using Microsoft Office suit 
- Be adaptable and resilient 
- Be computer savvy and able to manage multiple computer systems at once
