We're looking for a passionate Assistant Buyer to join our team and help curate the latest trends while bringing our accessories collections to life.
Key Responsibilities
* Research and analyse market trends to identify new product and category opportunities
* Support the Buyer in developing and executing buying strategies to drive sales and profitability
* Build strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers
* Assist with sample management, cost negotiations, and range building
* Partner closely with the merchandising team to ensure effective product flow and stock management
* Monitor sell-through rates and provide insights to guide future buys
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a buying or merchandising role (fashion or accessories experience highly regarded)
* Strong commercial awareness and an eye for trends
* Analytical mindset with confidence interpreting data and insights
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* A proactive, collaborative approach and eagerness to learn
* Relevant tertiary qualification in business, marketing, or fashion (preferred)
