Robert Half is exclusively partnered with a well-established organisation in Brisbane and they are looking for an IT Support Officer to cover for a 6 weeks contract. Provide timely technical support to end users, including students and faculty members. Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to Active Directory (AD) and Office 365 applications. Provide great customer services to any walk-up requests. Escalate issues to appropriate teams. Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system. Details: Working hours are 7.30am - 3.30pm, Monday - Friday in the office. Working in a Microsoft & Windows 11 environment. Fulltime contract of 38 hours/ week. Requirements: Previous experience in a Level 1 Help Desk Support role. Decent knowledge of Active Directory (AD), Office 365 suite, and experience using an ITSM tool. Able to get a Blue Card. Basic understanding of hardware & networking concepts and troubleshooting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
