**Your Role**

**You will add value to Gallagher Bassett across the following**:
- Providing administrative support to GB's Worker's Compensation Claims Management teams
- Supporting your team by performing administrative tasks such as composing standard letters, maintaining spreadsheets, photocopying and filing documents
- Provide high quality customer service to all stakeholders
- Reception Duties on roster basis - answering calls, transferring to appropriate department
