The Role
Position: Full-Time Chef de Partie
Reporting to: Executive Chef
We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie with a strong background in breakfast service or banquet events to join our dynamic kitchen team. You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests, including:
Preparing, cooking, and presenting foods according to the menu and recipes.
Maintaining standards of presentation, quality, and portion control.
Contributing to menu development with fresh ideas and seasonal dishes.
Monitoring stock levels and communicating needs.
Assisting in training and supervising junior staff.
Talent Profile
About You
Diploma in Commercial Cookery.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and allergen awareness.
Excellent time management, communication, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for culinary excellence and high standards.
