* We are seeking a senior procurement professional to lead the development and implementation of procurement plans and systems.
About the Role
* Manage end-to-end procurement processes for various projects and programs, ensuring compliance with contracts, tenders, and procurement policies.
* Develop and implement effective tender evaluation plans, as well as manage high-risk and complex procurement processes.
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers, and develop excellent communication skills.
* Provide training and guidance to ensure compliance with procurement procedures and systems.
* Continuously review and refine existing systems and procedures to ensure best practices.
* Prepare detailed reports for management to inform decision-making.
Key Requirements
* Background in procurement, contract management, commercial finance, law, or similar fields.
* Demonstrated stakeholder engagement abilities, as well as high-level written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Ability to mentor others and share knowledge.
