Key Responsibilities
* Provide trauma-informed support via phone and face-to-face interactions.
* Complete risk assessments, safety planning, and referrals to relevant services.
* Collaborate with caseworkers, legal, health, and housing professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
* Support women in accessing justice and advocacy pathways.
* Engage in reflective practice, supervision, and team-based learning to continually improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in Social Work or a related field, or equivalent experience.
* Experience working in Domestic Family Violence (DFV) or similar social services.
* Knowledge of trauma-informed and strengths-based practice principles.
* Strong risk assessment and safety planning skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
* Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
