Job Description

The role:

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with administrative/client services experience to join our team as the Client Services Coordinator.

Comprehensive onboarding and support will be provided.

Your responsibilities include:

* All functions of the client experience at Pepper Kids
* Handling any client concerns & complaints
* Daily email management, opening, forwarding, actioning, and filing as required
* Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
* Managing bookings and cancellations
* Document management
* Managing client and staff queries and concerns in collaboration with the Clinic Manager
* Data input and maintenance for our practice management software
* Other ad hoc tasks as required

The hours:

Monday to Thursday 7.45am to 4.45pm & Friday half days rotating.

Pepper Kids Therapy is an allied health practice that provides a holistic approach to client care through speech pathology, occupational therapy, and psychology.

What you will need to join the team:

We recruit on the philosophy of finding the best culture contributors for our team, with a focus on personality, attitude and long-term career potential.

To be considered for the position, you will need a minimum of 2 years' experience in an admin role in a fast-paced environment and be able to demonstrate the following:

* Great attention to detail
* Great attitude towards customer service and presentation
* Intermediate Microsoft Office/Google Workspace skills
* Ability to prioritise tasks
* Energetic, flexible and independent
* Understanding and respect of cultural diversity and differing abilities
* Assertive and patient communicator
* Committed to learning and implementing new skills
* Capable of working alone and as a valued team member
* Committed to advancing the lives of people with disabilities
