Responsibilities
* Apply clinical reasoning to support people who have sustained physical and/or psychological injuries at work
* Work within a multidisciplinary team with a holistic care approach to support the journey from rehabilitation to healing
* Perform a variety of assessments depending on your clinical expertise (e.g., functional capacity evaluations, worksite assessments, ergonomic assessments, activities of daily living assessments)
* Collaborate with stakeholders including injured employees and employers, medical specialists and other allied health professionals
* Develop, implement and monitor rehabilitation plans for clients with injuries from motor vehicle accidents or workplace injuries

What Will Make You Successful
* Current unrestricted registration or eligibility with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ESSA)
* Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology or Nursing
* Strong clinical reasoning
* Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to achieve common goals
* Passion to help people rehabilitate
* Ability to work autonomously
