About the Role

You’ll take ownership of the loan pipeline from initial client contact through to AOL build, managing communication, structure, and progression. Working closely with brokers and our offshore team, you’ll ensure every deal moves with speed, precision, and a 5-star client experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritise the loan process in Broker Engine, from lead qualification to submission.
- Assess scenarios against lender policies and structure loans for optimal outcomes.
- Liaise with clients, lenders, and our offshore support team to maintain accuracy and momentum.
- Prepare serviceability assessments, valuations, pricing requests, and detailed credit notes.
- Ensure all applications meet compliance and lender requirements.
- Drive loan progression KPIs and uphold our 5-star client experience standard.
Skills & Experience
- 2+ years in mortgage broking, loan processing, or credit assessment.
- Strong understanding of lender policy and structuring principles.
- Confident with Broker Engine, ApplyOnline, and lender portals.
- High attention to detail, with urgency and accountability in delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking preferred.
