**About the role**
We're looking for a skilled Air Conditioning Technical Trainer to develop and deliver engaging technical training on our systems. You'll create content, write technical materials, and present confidently to both internal teams and external partners. If you're experienced in air conditioning, great with people, and love sharing knowledge, this role is for you.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Delivering engaging and informative training sessions to engineers, technicians, sales teams and other stakeholders—both in person and virtually.
- Designing and developing high-quality training programs focused on air conditioning systems (including split & VRF)
- Taking the ownership of the training online platform (SAP Litmos), developing contents and managing the users.
- Creating technical content and course materials such as presentations, Bulletins, etc.
- Collaborating with product and technical teams to stay ahead of industry developments and integrate them into training material.
- Managing technical reviews and verifications within cross-functional teams.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Strong HVAC technical background—minimum 5 years of experience
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Thermo fluids preferred), Electrical Engineering, Refrigeration or similar.
- Confident and professional public speaker with experience delivering technical presentations to varied audiences.
- The ability to simplify complex technical concepts and adapt communication style based on the audience.
- Proven experience in creating engaging training or conference materials and technical documentation.
