About the job


Your Key Responsibilities

Daily Communication

* Answer inbound calls in a friendly and professional manner
* Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations and reminders
* Complete simple pre-attendance checks
* Take clear messages and pass them to the right person
* Respond quickly to straightforward email enquiries
* Forward emails that are complex or unclear

Client Support

* Provide general information about our services
* Communicate patiently and respectfully with older clients
* Document updates, concerns, or questions
* Make welfare-check calls when requested
* Escalate risks or unusual behaviour immediately

Administration

* Record call notes accurately
* Update basic client details
* Log cancellations and notify the Service Delivery Admin team
* Enter new enquiry details and pass them on for processing

Light Coordination Support

* Inform admin staff of booking-related changes- Provide staff with relevant client notes when requested
* Ensure communication is documented clearly and sent to the correct person

Compliance Support

* Recognise potential risk indicators during calls
* Record information factually
* Notify the appropriate internal person immediately

Sales & Marketing Support

* Answer service enquiries
* Follow up warm leads
* Support marketing call blocks
* Conduct lapsed-client check-ins
* Move leads to the next onboarding step

Pay award and rates

* AWARD Clerks Level 2 - Private Sector Award (MA000002)
* $29 per hour.
* ⁠25 hours per week
* Part-time
