About the Role

The People & Culture Administration Assistant provides comprehensive Human Resource support across the organisation, aligned with operational objectives.

This role also acts as the key liaison between MHS staff and the external payroll provider. A critical component of the position is delivering high-level administrative support to the General Manager of People & Culture and the People & Culture Advisor.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

* Advanced computer skills, including proficiency across all Microsoft Office applications
* Strong time management skills with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
* Highly developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally across a broad range of stakeholders
* Experience working in sensitive and confidential environments
* Strong prioritisation skills across multiple portfolios
* Ability to respond effectively to internal and external enquiries
* Experience in payroll and related functions
* Knowledge of Human Resource administration tasks and operations
