Troocoo is seeking multiple experienced Procurement and Contracts Analysts to support commercial decision‐making through contract analysis, data insights, and supplier performance intelligence within a fast‐paced transformation environment. This role focuses on reviewing and interpreting commercial contracts, identifying risks and opportunities, and supporting procurement and transformation activities across a complex contract portfolio, initially for a six‐month term.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and analyse supplier contracts across a diverse portfolio to support commercial decision‐making.
* Extract and document key contract information, including expiry and renewal dates, termination terms, penalties, and notice periods.
* Identify commercial risks, service dependencies, and key contractual obligations.
* Support sourcing, transition planning, and sequencing decisions through data‐led insights.
* Support governance, audit, and compliance requirements through strong data management practices.
* Partner with stakeholders to clarify contract interpretation and commercial impacts.
* Deliver reporting and insights to support program and executive decision‐making.
Skills and experience
* Proven experience in a Procurement, Commercial, or Business Analyst role within sourcing or contract environments.
* Demonstrated experience reviewing and interpreting commercial contracts.
* Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management, commercial risk, and supplier exit arrangements.
* Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
* Experience working in complex, fast‐paced, multi‐stakeholder environments, ideally within transformation programs or large organisations.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights.
