About the Role
As the first point of contact for our clinic, you'll help create a warm and caring experience for every client and pet. Your role will include:
* Greeting clients and patients with a friendly, professional manner
* Booking appointments and managing phones and emails
* Handling payments and general reception duties
* Supporting our vets and nurses in a busy, caring environment
About You
You'll be someone who brings warmth, professionalism, and positivity to everything you do:
* Strong initiative and task prioritisation/multitasking skills
* Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
* A genuine passion for animals and customer service
* Emotional resilience and empathy
* Clear, confident communication skills
* A reliable work ethic and collaborative team spirit
* Friendly, enthusiastic, and well organised
* Previous reception or customer service experience preferred (veterinary experience a bonus, but not essential)
