Job Title: Rollingstock Maintainer
About the Position
Aurizon seeks an individual to join their maintenance team at the Avon depot in Northam, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Inspect rail wagons and perform scheduled servicing, component replacement, and modifications as required.
* Conduct fault-finding and troubleshooting on wagon components, including brakes, couplings, suspension, and pneumatic systems.
* Shunt rollingstock and operate shunt units safely.
* Maintain accurate records of all repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environment regulations.
