About the Role

* Develop and execute initiatives that promote performance improvement across the provider landscape.
* Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategy.
* Build and manage key relationships with health providers, industry peak bodies, and internal stakeholders.
* Oversee the development of reporting tools and evidence-based insights to enhance health service delivery.
* Represent the organization in high-level stakeholder forums, workshops, and planning meetings.

Requirements
We are seeking a dynamic leader who possesses:
* A minimum of 5–7 years' experience in leadership and project management, preferably within health, disability, or recovery settings.
* A deep understanding of the regulatory environment impacting recovery services.
