EMPIRE HOSPITALITY is currently looking for Housepersons with an exceptional service attitude to join our team.
As a Public Area Attendant, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness throughout the hotel, ensuring an exceptional and unique experience for our guests and staff.
A Housepersons responsibility includes responding to guest and team member requests, ensuring housekeeping supplies are fully stocked and supporting our team in the smooth running of Housekeeping Department among other things.
Responsibilities:
* Respond to guest requests promptly and efficiently.
* Attend to housekeeping staff requests in a timely manner
* Support the team in maintaining brand standards in both the rooms and the offices.
* Deliver amenities, supplies and linen to guest rooms as requested.
* Assist with the cleaning and upkeep of public areas, including corridors, elevators, and back of house areas.
* Monitor and report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate department.
* Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel facilities and services.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area, including storage rooms and back of house areas
* Follow all hotel policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
* Provide exceptional and distinctive service to all guests in a warm and friendly manner.
* Carry out any other reasonable task, such as project cleaning, set by the Executive Housekeeping Manager.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond for guests.
* Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
* Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures is a plus.
* Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with others.
To be successful in this position, you must have:
* Experience in a similar role at a 4-5 star Hotel
* Excellent attention to detail
