Customer Engagement Specialist
This role is a critical component in ensuring occupancy levels are maintained. The successful candidate will work closely with prospective residents, their families and friends to deliver accurate and resourceful information regarding accommodation solutions at Calvary Aged Care homes.
The ideal candidate will possess knowledge in Health Care and strong communication skills to build relationships with prospective residents and our community in order to maximise commercial outcomes for our Aged Care homes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing sales experience and financial acumen
* Consultation processes including problem solving
* Specialised competencies in customer service, coordination of complex services and building effective customer relationships
* Strong attention to detail and compliance orientation
* Excellent communication skills written and oral
* Liaising with external services
* Collection and analysis of information
* Organisational ability
* Continuous quality improvement
* Knowledge and experience with MS Office
Mandatory Requirements:
* COVID-19 vaccination unless exempt
* Influenza vaccination unless exempt
* Knowledge and previous experience of the health care landscape and overall sector
Desirable Qualifications:
* Health and/or Aged Care Sector knowledge
* Degree qualified
* Previous experience and understanding of placement of aged care consumers including facility retirement home independent living settings
