About the role
Due to growth within the business we are looking for a Strata Community Manager to join our Airlie Beach team. We are taking on a number of high profile and prestigious developments in the next year and we want experienced and focused managers.
The successful candidate will work with an experienced team and consistently promote the company's key values – Professionalism, Integrity, Respect and Trust.
Responsibilities
* Managing a portfolio of strata titled residential and commercial buildings
* Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Managing high-volume incoming and outgoing correspondence via phone and written communications
* Preparation and distribution of budgets, agendas and minutes
* Attending meetings, both committee and general, and drafting and issuing the minutes of these meetings
* Ensuring the portfolio remains compliant with WH&S, Fire Safety and other relevant legislative requirements
About you
The successful candidate will:
* Have at least 2 years prior experience as a Strata Manager or have transferrable skills and a keen interest in becoming a Strata Manager
* Be conversant in strata legislation
* Have good computer skills, especially with the Microsoft suite
* Possess strong customer service skills, including dispute resolution abilities
* Have previous experience taking and drafting minutes of meetings
* Have exceptional time management skills and the ability to multitask
* Possess high attention to detail
* Experience in StrataMax is highly desirable but not essential
