This is an exciting opportunity for a technical helpdesk engineer to work on maintaining systems, meeting performance metrics and service level agreements, and reporting status internally and externally.
As a member of a medium-sized support team providing ICT floorwalking support and leadership for the delivery of Windows 11 migrations, you will be responsible for:
* Hardware and software onboarding and offboarding
* Responding to Level 2 help desk incidents
* Supporting Microsoft Office technologies
* Assisting with access and profile setup
* In-house repair and support
* Troubleshooting and configuration
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Experience in help desk support
* Proficiency in both Apple and Windows operating systems
* A minimum of 2 years' experience managing MS Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams
* The ability to work independently
