Site Manager – Luxury Residential Build | Mt Lawley
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a high‐end custom home project valued at approximately $3 million in the Mt Lawley area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‐on and well‐organised Site Manager with a strong background in luxury residential construction and a passion for delivering quality finishes.
The role: you will be responsible for managing the project from start to completion, ensuring the build is delivered safely, on time and to a high standard of workmanship. Working closely with the Director, subcontractors and suppliers, you will play a key role in maintaining quality, programme and client expectations throughout the build.
Responsibilities
* Day‐to‐day management of the construction site
* Coordinating trades, suppliers and subcontractors
* Maintaining site safety and compliance
* Managing programme and ensuring deadlines are met
* Monitoring build quality and attention to detail
* Conducting site meetings and progress updates
* Problem‐solving and managing site issues proactively
* Ensuring a professional and well‐presented site at all times
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Manager within custom homes or luxury residential projects
* Strong understanding of high‐end finishes and detailed construction
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to read and interpret drawings and programmes
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* White Card and relevant construction qualifications
* Stable employment history with reputable builders preferred
