While the store is currently quieter in trade, we're looking for someone with the energy, initiative, and commercial acumen to elevate performance and grow results. What We're Looking For Previous retail management experience A proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets Strong leadership and coaching skills Confidence building long-term customer relationships A proactive approach to business development and local area marketing Passion for delivering exceptional service Excellent organisational and communication skills What's on Offer Flexible roster options: Full-time, 38 hours Monday to Friday Or 28 hours across Tuesday to Friday Salary $60,000 - $65,000 pro rata, (flexibility for the right candidate!)
