Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator with strong backend knowledge of Chris21 to join the People & Culture team on a temporary contract. The successful candidate must have end to end Chris21 HR system experience and be confident working across all modules and backend functions. This role will support ongoing system maintenance, position changes, and organisational structure updates.
Play a key role shaping HR systems within a leading insurance company.

A Successful HR Administrator Will Have
* End to end Chris21 HR system experience is essential
* Strong backend experience within Chris21 HR modules
* Ability to update organisational structures and manage system changes
* Previous experience in HR administration or HR systems support
* Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
* High attention to detail
* Fast learner with an adaptable approach to work
What's on Offer
* Contract duration: 3 - 6 months
* Reason for vacancy: New temporary position due to workload
* Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm (part time 4 days per week also suitable)
