Your Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage all modes of outbound transport across Australia & New Zealand
* Direct accountability for service performance from distribution to stores
* Manage the outbound transport budget and drive cost optimization
* Build and maintain strong relationships with transport carriers, ensuring compliance with Chain of Responsibility and safety standards
* Collaborate with state logistics managers and internal stakeholders to improve processes and operational performance
* Ensure workplace health and safety standards are upheld in all outbound transport activities
