* Proven selling experience for New Zealand, Australia & the Pacific Islands (essential)
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Sabre and airfare knowledge (preferred)
* Call‑centre experience (preferred)
* Ability to work under pressure
* Availability to work weekends
* Ski product knowledge (a bonus)
