Job Description
As an Account Executive at The Data Foundry, based in Melbourne, you will significantly impact our success in Victoria. You will showcase your sales skills through activities such as client presentations, crafting statements of work, tender responses, and securing spots on government panels.
You will manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to follow-up on purchase orders and invoices, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
Your responsibilities include:
Researching, validating, and securing new business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue goals.
Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline of potential clients.
Using our pipeline management tools effectively.
Understanding customer objectives and decision-making processes to forge lasting partnerships.
Collaborating with the Managing Director to execute sales strategies and meet revenue targets.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of sales or sales support experience, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas and managing pipelines.
Based in Melbourne with Australian citizenship or Permanent Residency.
Background in Technology and/or Data.
Strong ability to drive revenue growth and identify strategic opportunities.
Experience with CRM or similar tools.
Experience selling cloud or data-related solutions/services.
Energetic, customer-focused, team-oriented, and proactive.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
