Exciting permanent role for an experienced commercial manager with a legal background to build out the commercial and legal function of a rapidly growing business in the construction industry.
You will use your legal background to establish practical legal and risk frameworks, whilst driving commercial outcomes and ensuring the business continues to grow in a sustainable manner by effectively managing risk.
This is a highly-visible role within the organisation, working closely with an experienced management team.
We are looking for a lawyer and/ or experienced commercial manager who is focused on delivery and is excited by the prospect of taking a leading role in a critical growth phase for the organisation.
You will be comfortable reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a range of commercial agreements, and be able to communicate the legal and risk implications of legal agreements to the broader business.
You will have an eye for efficiency and always be looking at ways to streamline processes so that the legal and commercial function supports, rather than stifles, growth.
Our client is scaling nationally with increasing operational and contractual complexity. This position is a critical hire and central to the growth plans of the business.
