About the Role
As a Repair Coordinator, you will manage the repair process from start to finish, working closely with our supervision team to schedule works, communicate with customers and clients, and coordinate trades. Your attention to detail and customer service focus will help ensure timely project delivery and high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive and process incoming make-safe and repair authority requests
* Schedule and coordinate repair works with internal teams and external subcontractors
* Liaise with customers, clients, and trades throughout the repair process
* Monitor job progress and keep all stakeholders informed with regular updates
* Maintain accurate project records and documentation, including safety and compliance documents
* Provide general administrative support to the repair coordination team
* Collaborate with the supervision team to meet KPIs and deliver high-quality outcomes
Requirements
* Previous experience in an insurance repair coordination role
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based job management portals
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
