Site Manager | $65m Class 2 Residential | Lane Cove
Our client is delivering a $65m Class 2 residential project in Lane Cove and is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the build through the full construction lifecycle.
This is a critical appointment on a technically complex residential project and will suit a Site Manager who has successfully delivered mid-to-large scale Class 2 developments and understands the importance of programme, compliance, quality and team leadership.

The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager / Construction Manager, you will be responsible for:
* End-to-end site management from early works through to completion and handover
* Programme management, sequencing and subcontractor coordination
* Leading foremen, engineers and site staff
* Ensuring compliance with NCC, Class 2 requirements and quality standards
* Managing WHS, site controls and reporting
* Coordinating consultants, certifiers and authorities
* Driving a high-quality finish and defect-free handover
About You
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on Class 2 residential projects
* Strong understanding of residential structure, façade, services and finishes
* Confident managing large subcontractor teams
* Calm, practical leadership style with strong communication skills
