In this role, you’ll be the central support hub for our Burleigh facility, managing reception, coordinating daily office operations, and delivering timely administrative, HR and site support that keeps our people and processes running smoothly.
Job Description
What you'll be doing:
* Act as the first point of contact for visitors, employees and incoming calls
* Maintain a clean, organised and professional reception and office environment
* Coordinate internal meetings, including scheduling, room bookings and setup
* Manage office supplies, including ordering, inventory control and invoice reconciliation
* Support facility activities such as site tours, visitor coordination and general enquiries
* Provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding
* Assist recruitment tasks including shortlisting, phone screening and interview scheduling
* Handle filing, document management, data entry and report preparation
* Support leaders with ad hoc administrative tasks and project work
Desired Skills and Experience
About you:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deliver excellent customer service.
* Well‑developed organisational and time‑management skills to manage competing admin tasks.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for everyday admin, scheduling and documentation.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
* Experience in administration or reception roles within fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environments
