About this Role:
As a pivotal member of our HR team, you will play a key role in driving our business objectives forward.
You will be based in Mt Thorley and work closely with various departments to provide essential HR support and foster a positive work environment.
We are seeking an individual who is skilled in administrative services, including reporting, employment contracts and invoicing.
Key responsibilities include assisting the HR Business Partner with advertising, screening, assessments, interviews and reference checks.
You will also support onboarding and offboarding processes, coordinating with the induction team, and assist in organising training sessions and seminars at the branch.
Cultivating strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders is essential to ensure timely and accurate communication and service delivery.
This role involves supporting the implementation and administration of apprenticeships.
