Role : Develop high quality and innovative teaching and learning practices within the discipline of Early Childhood Education. Join the largest provider of initial teacher education in Australia. 
Responsibilities 
- Deliver and develop lectures, tutorials, and other classes within Early Childhood Education at undergraduate, honours, and/or graduate/postgraduate levels. 
- Contribute to curriculum design and enhancement of supportive, inclusive, and effective learning environments. 
- Apply effective supervision and support to students and coordinate activities for independent and collaborative contributions toward ACU’s Strategic Plan. 
- Demonstrate professional behaviour aligned with ACU Mission, Values, Code of Conduct, and Service Excellence Framework. 
- Contribute to integration of ACU’s Catholic Identity and Mission into academic work (social justice, pursuit of truth, care for the common good).

What We Offer 
- Total remuneration valued to $142,635 - $168,220 total rem per annum (pro rata) including salary component $120,529 - $142,305 (Academic Level B), with employer superannuation contribution and annual leave loading. 
- 17% employer superannuation contributions for eligible continuing and fixed-term staff. 
- Annual leave loading of 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata, dependent on commencement date.
