As a Store Manager, you will lead a passionate team of Beauty Advisors, Studio Artists, and Department Managers to embody our values and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
You will be responsible for driving a selling culture within your team, consistently raising performance and capability to support developing internal talent.
* Drive Results: Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and promote our values through operational initiatives, brand events, training, and visual merchandising changes.
* Develop Sales Strategies: Manage profit and loss for your store, monitoring stock levels to maximise sales and identify, analyse, and forecast sales or issues.
Essential Skills:
* Previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site experience.
* Passionate about excellent client service and experiential retail.
* Excellent organisational, analytical, and business management skills.
