About the position Council's Development Services Department is seeking a Coordinator Building Services/Municipal Building Surveyor who will be responsible for oversight and coordination of Council's Building Services. The main responsibilities will include: - Acting with authority as Municipal Building Surveyor and ensuring that building activity in Frankston is compliant with building regulations and standards. - Coordinating the work of the Building Services team in meeting the needs of customers. - Working with the Development Services leadership team to align and improve service provision to customers. This is a temporary full time Senior Officer position with an up to 5-year contract term.
