Key Account Manager Role
This critical leadership position plays a pivotal part in ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational programs and service provision across multiple childcare centers.
About the Position
* Work closely with Centre Directors to implement operational processes, manage budgets, and promote a deep understanding among staff regarding the Early Years Learning Framework.
The role requires an experienced leader who can foster strong relationships and effective communication with various external agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure each centre operates according to established policies and procedures, legislative requirements, and the National Quality Framework.
* Provide mentoring and guidance to centre leaders and all staff to enhance their understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework.
* Maintain and develop positive relationships and effective communication with various external agencies.
* Manage internal and external reporting requirements efficiently.
Requirements:
* Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent as approved by ACECQA.
* Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, managing multiple childcare services at one time.
* Ability to influence and mentor a large, geographically dispersed team.
* A high level of written and verbal communication skills.
