Job Overview
This role presents an excellent opportunity to provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Personal care tasks such as showering, grooming, toileting etc. will be provided by the successful candidate.
* Assistance with medication, meal preparation, domestic assistance/general housekeeping tasks and social support in the community are required.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, be able to work independently in the community and refer to a digital schedule and care plan via a mobile app.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
A relevant Certificate and experience working in a home care/community setting are essential for this role.
