Team Overview
Our Product team, focused on user experience and creative solutions, empowers ownership and minimal bureaucracy, enabling rapid iteration and impact. Product Managers work cross‐functionally with engineering, marketing, legal, and UX teams, partnering with executive leadership and having high visibility among the C‐suite.
The Opportunity
The role is Bangkok‐based with relocation support. As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive product strategy, build end‐to‐end solutions, analyze markets, experiments, collaborations, and deliver compelling travel experiences. You will manage dedicated engineering resources, spend significant time with your Scrum teams, and propose innovative technical solutions. The position is an individual contributor and may involve work in User Experience, Marketing, Finance, or Supply product verticals, with the goal of matching your interests and impact potential.
Responsibilities
* Analyze the online travel ecosystem, markets, competitive landscape, and user requirements.
* Conceptualize, launch, and optimize products and features, experimenting, testing performance, and iterating quickly.
* Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and UX teams on cutting‐edge technologies.
* Develop innovative solutions to challenging problems across regions, product areas, and functions.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a similar quantitative discipline.
* Proven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform and influence decision‐making.
* Strong data skills.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex messages clearly and with conviction.
* Experience developing and launching products.
* Experience leading global product vision, go‐to‐market strategy, and design discussions.
* Entrepreneurial and analytical mindset; effective at breaking down complex problems and driving change.
* Hands‐on mentality.
Nice to Have
* MBA or Master's degree in Math, Economics, Computer Science, or Statistics.
* Data tools experience – SQL, Python, R, or equivalent.
