About the Role
Black Auto Group is a family-owned, multi-franchise automotive business with dealerships across Queensland. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Admin Manager to lead and support our dealership administration function.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone with strong dealership experience, sound accounting knowledge, and the ability to manage end-to-end administrative processes while supporting operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee the dealership administration team
* Manage daily accounting functions including journals and reconciliations
* Oversee end-of-month processes and reporting
* Support stock control, vehicle costing and inventory processes
* Ensure compliance with dealership, OEM and financial requirements
* Work closely with Dealer Principals and Department Managers
* Drive continuous improvement in systems, processes and reporting accuracy
About You
* Proven experience in an automotive dealership administration role
* Pentana experience highly regarded (but not compulsory)
* Strong understanding of dealership accounting and journal entries
* Experience with stock control and end-of-month activities
* High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
* Confident communicator with leadership capability
* Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
