Position summary:
The Assistant Property Manager provides administrative, coordination and stakeholder support across leasing administration, financial approvals, landlord & agent liaison and tenancy data management to ensure compliant lease management and strong landlord relationships.
The Role:You'll support the Property team to keep our portfolio running smoothly — handling leasing admin, landlord & agent queries, R&M escalations and property data so the team can focus on strategic priorities.
You will provide:
* First point of contact for landlord R&M escalations and agent residential queries.
* Maintain tenancy schedule and ensure lease docs are executed on time.
* Manage Property inboxes, FIRB & leasing audit support.
* Approve and resolve account queries (utilities, arrears, rent, outgoings).
* Process monthly approvals, minor subleases, licences and permits.
* Deliver property financial data and reporting to VEA.

About You:
* Experience in property administration or leasing support.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* High attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.
* Comfortable with financial approvals and basic property reporting.
* Proactive, organised and solution-focused.
