HR and Payroll Professional
We are seeking a skilled HR and Payroll professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely processing, and reliable payment delivery for all staff.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and payroll roles, tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field, and strong knowledge of payroll processing and experience working with HRIS systems - up to 200 staff members.
Key responsibilities will include maintaining employee records, providing expert advice and support to managers and staff on HR policies, procedures, and employment law matters, assisting with recruitment activities, coordinating and conducting employee inductions, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, enabling you to provide clear and concise advice to managers and staff, familiarity with relevant employment legislation and regulations, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage change.
