* Acting as a key technical reviewer and contributor to proposals

What You Bring:

* Strong background in design management and multidisciplinary project delivery.
* Expertise in water and sewer infrastructure, including pump stations, pits, and pipelines.
* General civil design experience including ponds, hardstands, and retaining systems.

* A curious and growth-oriented mindset, always seeking new ideas and continuous improvement.
* Courageous and strategic thinking, with the ability to advocate for change and align team actions with broader business goals.
* Agility and adaptability to lead teams through change and refinement.
* A transparent communicator who fosters open dialogue and feedback.
