Ayers Real Estate (est. 1998) specializes in providing sales, leasing, and management services for the commercial and industrial real estate market.
We are seeking applications from candidates with a minimum of 2 years of Commercial or Residential Property Management experience.
Responsibilities
* Managing a mix of industrial, commercial and retail tenancies
* Preparing and reconciling budgets & financial reports
* Managing and minimising rent arrears
* Authorising payment of accounts
* Implement annual and market rent reviews
* Negotiating and monitoring option renewals and lease extensions
* Maintaining and monitoring routine maintenance, servicing and repairs
* Negotiating lease assignments
Requirements
* To be confident, professional and reliable
* A high level of computer, literacy and math skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Capable of working under pressure in a team or autonomously
* Hold a Current WA Property Management License and up-to-date CPD points
* Hold a Current WA Driver's license, own transport between work and home
* Eligible to work in Australia with valid work rights
Software & Training
Our Property Management software system is Cirrus 8. Cirrus 8 & Cirrus FM experience is preferred but not essential. Training is provided.
Support Provided
* In-house property inspections officer, conducting all property condition reports, routine inspections and final bond inspections
* In-house trust accounts manager
* In-house legal support
* Support from our Sales, Leasing and Admin teams
Our office is located in the Wangara Industrial Estate, with free onsite parking.
Our hours are 8am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday. You are not required to work or take calls after hours or on weekends.
