As a trusted Finance Business Partner to Sales and Commercial leaders, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue performance, marginimprovementand disciplined cost management across the division. Operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, you will bring sharp financial insight, strong commercialacumenand the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
* Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner to Sales and Divisional Leaders
* Deliver detailed commercial analysis and deep dives to support pricing, promotions and investment decisions
* Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and P&L management with a focus on revenue, margin and cost control
* Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders
* Analyse financial and non-financial impacts of commercial initiatives
* Partner closely with Sales, Finance and Operational teams to drive performance outcomes
* Identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities across the division
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and strengthen financial acumen across the business
What We Are Looking For
You are a commercially minded finance professional with a strong background in FMCG or large, brand-led organisations. You understand revenue drivers, pricingleversand customer economics — and you enjoy being embedded within the commercial side of the business.
You bring:
* CPA or CA qualification
* 5+ years' experience in a commercially focused finance role
* Proven business partnering experience with the ability to influence at all levels
* Strong pricing and margin analysis capability
* Advanced Excel and analytical skills with experience working across large data sets
* The confidence to challenge assumptions and drive better commercial outcomes
Most importantly, you are personable,confidentand comfortable operating in a high-energy environment. You build trust quickly, communicate clearly and are not afraid to have robust commercial conversations whenrequired.
