Our Opportunity
A rare opportunity to join Cafs People & Engagement team as our P&E; Business Partner. Cafs is seeking a values driven HR professional to join our contemporary People & Engagement Function. This role will be responsible for providing high level strategic HR advice to a portfolio of Managers and Team Leaders across our organisation, providing timely and responsive advice, guidance and support to support service delivery. You will join a team of committed professionals across HR, OHS, Learning & Development, Inclusion & Diversity and Talent Acquisition.
In this role you will support the continuous roll out of Cafs Workforce Capability Framework and Attraction & Retention Strategies to provide high level services to team members and prospective team members joining Cafs.
About You
You will be a seasoned HR professional, wanting to join an organisation where you can make a real difference. You will be detail orientated with a strong level of experience managing complex people matters, taking a contemporary view and approach to recruitment where relationship building is one of your core qualities. 
You will thrive working autonomously while collaborating as part of a dynamic team of professionals.
Skills & Attributes
- Qualification in Management, Human Resource Management, Business or related discipline.
- Experience in providing high-quality Human Resource Advice, coaching and mentoring services to leadership.
- You will be a contemporary thinker, continuing to look an innovative ways to build on practice and service support.
- You will be a dynamic team player, who loves to collaborate and engage with the team.

Cafs (Child and Family Services Ballarat) is an independent community service organisation based in Ballarat for over 160 years. We provide over 50 programs across a range of service areas providing care for clients within communities across the central highland region.
