You will be part of a high-performing team responsible for developing and maintaining our IT capability to support business growth, employee productivity, and patient care.
This means you will have exposure to a wide range of opportunities to develop your skillset, including technical projects, user training, and infrastructure management.
You will provide proactive support to all users, monitor business applications and infrastructure, and escalate issues as needed. You will also configure, deploy, and maintain various equipment and participate in IT projects.
As a key member of our team, you will work both remotely and on-site to deliver exceptional service and ensure seamless IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Provide expert support to users via phone, email, or remote desktop.
 * Monitor and manage IT systems, applications, and infrastructure.
 * Configure, deploy, and maintain hardware and software assets.
 * Participate in IT projects to improve processes and services.
 * Develop and deliver user training programs to enhance IT skills.
About You
We are seeking an experienced IT professional with a strong background in service desk operations and technical project delivery. You must have excellent communication skills, a Diploma or higher in IT, and experience working in a fast-paced IT environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
 * Diploma or higher in Information Technology.
 * Strong understanding of PCs, operating systems, Office 365, networking, and Jira.
 * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
 * Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
