SLRV Expedition Vehicles designs and builds high-end expedition and adventure RVs for off-road enthusiasts. We're looking for a motivated General Hand who's a hands-on, conscientious worker with all-round experience in RV construction and servicing.

About the Role
As a General Hand, you'll assist across all aspects of building, customising, and servicing our expedition vehicles. You'll get hands-on experience with a variety of trades and help bring our clients' dream adventure vehicles to life.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting in construction, assembly, and servicing of RVs and expedition vehicles
* Supporting tradespeople across electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and fabrication work
* Experience in electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and fabrication trades is highly valuable for this position
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop
* Handling parts, materials, and helping with inventory management
* Reviewing work to ensure quality and functionality for adventure-ready vehicles
* Contributing to a positive, team-oriented work environment
About You
* Conscientious, reliable, and safety-focused
* All-round experience in RV construction, servicing, or related trades
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in RV construction or related trades is required
* Comfortable using tools, materials, and workshop equipment
* Willingness to learn across multiple disciplines
* Passion for off-road vehicles, adventure, and craftsmanship
* Positive attitude and strong team ethic
* Australian work rights will be assessed on a case-by-case basis
