Job Description:
As a Campaign Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the coordination and delivery of our peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns. Your primary objective will be to assist the Campaign Manager with planning, delivery, and tracking of these campaigns, ensuring seamless execution across all supporter touchpoints.
You will be responsible for implementing recruitment, fundraising, and stewardship activities that provide an exceptional participant experience. This includes coordinating campaign operations such as website updates, merchandise fulfillment, and supplier management, as well as working collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies to align campaign activities and supporter engagement.
Additionally, you will manage owned social content for campaign Instagram channels, monitor and respond to community engagement, and contribute to campaign content and collateral. Your expertise in time management, organisation, and prioritisation of competing deadlines will be essential in achieving the campaign's fundraising and participation targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum 2 years of work experience in online fundraising or marketing campaigns.
* Proven skills in time management, organisation, and prioritisation of competing deadlines.
* Demonstrated experience in and understanding of diverse digital channels (including social media, SMS, website, eDMs) and their application within fundraising.
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, as well as the ability to build rapport quickly and sensitively with people from diverse backgrounds.
* High degree of empathy and ability to always maintain a professional manner, including when dealing with difficult or sensitive enquiries.
* Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
* Demonstrated computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, JIRA (or other similar project management tools), and intermediate Excel skills.
* Ability to work well with others and demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude.

During peak campaign periods, you may be required to supervise seasonal staff to ensure effective delivery and supporter care. You will also participate in team meetings and cross-department collaboration as required, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practice fundraising and our research and programs.
