Teaching and Learning Opportunities
We are seeking skilled tutors to deliver Maths, and Employability Skills for the upcoming academic year.
The role involves providing high-quality teaching and learning to a group of learners. This includes engaging teaching, learning and assessment with a creative and supportive approach, adapting to a range of learning styles, and ability to differentiate delivery to learners with mixed abilities to develop learners` knowledge and understanding.
As a tutor, you will undertake effective initial assessments and diagnostic activities and prepare course materials, ensuring a wide range of formative and summative assessment practices, which motivates and stretches learners to reach their objectives.

* A recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, CertEd, DET, AET Level 3 minimum)
* A Level 5 subject specialism for accredited provision (ideal, but not essential)
* Confidence using diagnostic assessments and planning learner journeys
* Experience working with adults, especially those who may face barriers to learning
* A collaborative attitude and a real passion for lifelong learning
